All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You’ll receive a notification via email if your order is impacted.
Shipping Time & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Free/Flat Rate): 10-13 business days
- Express Shipping (If available): 5-11 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and are subject to factors like customs clearance, if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your order's journey from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information may take up to 3-4 business days to become active.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may require additional delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and other local charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
